Holders of temporary authorisations may continue to make authorised biocidal products available on the Belgian market.

The conditions to be met depend on the status of the active substances for the relevant product types within the Review Programme for active substances:

• Are the active substances of the biocidal product for the product types concerned still under evaluation in the context of the Review Programme for active substances? Go to ‘Extension of temporary registration’.
• Are all the active substances of the biocidal product for the product types concerned approved in the context of the Review Programme for active substances? Go to ‘New temporary authorisation’.

In both cases, the label, packaging and safety data sheet must comply with the legislation on biocidal products.
